The ConnectCI Community Management Framework was originally developed to support project workflows and a knowledge base of self-service learning resources for the MGHPCC-led Northeast Cyberteam. Subsequently, it was expanded to support operations of multiple cyberteams, the Campus Champions, ACCESS Support, and other research computing programs, most recently the Cyberinfrastructure Community-wide Mentorship Network (CCMNet), creating opportunities for collaboration and cohesion in the research computing ecosystem.
